General Rules

• Weeks run from 12:00 Saturday to 10:00 Saturday. Guests are asked to arrive and depart in accordance with these timings.

• Fishing is not permitted in the bottom lake.

• Vehicles are to be parked in the car park area only. Loading and unloading can be carried out at the lake entrance.

• No BBQ's or open fires allowed around the lake.

• The cutting of trees or fauna is forbidden.

• Recycling is encouraged. Please place glass rubbish in the bins provided.

• Only products provided are to be flushed down the WC's.  

 

Fishery Rules

• A maximum of 3 rods per angler allowed. Rods must not be left unattended at any time.

• Unhooking mats, nets and retainers are provided. For the safety of the fish the use of personal wet gear is not allowed.

• No fixed rigs to be used.

• A minimum of 15lb breaking strain line is to be used. No braided mainline, leaders or leadcore allowed.

• A minimum 18" of rig tubing must be used on all rigs.

• Only micro barbed or Gripz hooks to be used.

• Only particle prepared by reputable companies to be used. No nuts allowed.

• Do not lift fish from the lake in the nets. Use the retainers provided.

• Fish must be weighed and photographed over the mats or in the water. No standing with fish.

• Please use fish care products provided on all hook marks and fish damage.

• Bait boats may be used but please have consideration for others.

• The sacking of fish is not allowed. Fish can be kept in the retainers to recover.
